SEALERS
Satin Stone
The Technology Behind the Sealer
SEMCO Satin Stone is engineered using SEMCO Cross Linking technology — a proprietary two-component system that creates an ultra-durable molecular bond at the surface level. Unlike single-component sealers that simply coat the surface, SEMCO Cross Linking penetrates and chemically bonds to the substrate, delivering unmatched protection against abrasion, UV exposure, chemical exposure, and everyday wear. The result is a satin finish that maintains its integrity for over 10 years without waxing or resealing.
No Wax. No Reseal. No Problem
No wax for 10 years | No resealing for 10 years | Easy everyday maintenance.
Features & Benefits
Recommended Uses
Polished & Honed Natural Stone (marble, travertine, limestone, granite, slate)
Terrazzo floors and surfaces
Microcement & concrete overlays
Porcelain & ceramic tile
Interior & exterior applications
Residential and commercial projects
ASTM Performance Standards
Abrasion Resistance (ASTM D4060): 0.019% weight loss
UV & Weather Resistance (ASTM G154): 2,000 hours — no yellowing or chalking
Adhesion Strength (ASTM D4541): 450 PSI
Chemical Resistance (ASTM D1308): Resistant to common household cleaners, acids, and alkalis
Application Instructions
Mix Ratio
Mix Part A and Part B at a 2:1 ratio by volume (2 parts A to 1 part B). Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes until fully combined. Do not thin with solvents.
Pot Life & Working Time
35-minute pot life at 70°F (21°C). Work in manageable quantities. Discard any mixed material that becomes too viscous to apply.
Temperature Requirements
Apply when surface and ambient temperatures are between 50°F and 95°F (10°C – 35°C). Do not apply in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces.
Application Methods
Airless Sprayer: Tip size 0.011–0.013", 1,500–2,000 PSI. Recommended for large floors and commercial projects.
Short-Nap Roller (3/8"): Ideal for flat surfaces. Apply thin, even coats and back-roll.
Squeegee or Trowel: Spread evenly across the surface, then back-roll to eliminate trowel lines.
Number of Coats
Apply 2 coats. Allow a minimum of 4 hours between coats. Allow 24 hours before light foot traffic and 72 hours for full cure.
