SEMCO LIQUID MEMBRANE
Ready-to-use waterproofing and anti-fracture membrane
The SEMCO Liquid Membrane is a ready-to-use waterproofing and anti-fracture membrane in one, safe for indoor and outdoor use. Applied to foundations, ICF basements, shower liners, deck and fence posts, and planter boxes on almost any substrate — concrete, wood, stone, metal, aluminum, plaster, MDF, and bricks. Solvent-free, non-toxic, and VOC-free.
HOW TO APPLY
Step 1: Prepare the surface — clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and loose material
Step 2: Apply first coat with a brush or roller at 1 litre per 1.5–2 m²
Step 3: Allow to dry (2–4 hours depending on conditions)
Step 4: Apply second coat in the opposite direction at the same rate
Step 5: Allow full cure before exposing to water (minimum 24 hours)
