SEMCO SEALER MATTE
Single-component water-based polyurethane hybrid sealer
SEMCO Sealer Matte protects concrete, stone, pavers, and micro topping surfaces with a natural matte finish that enhances colour without sheen. Its water-based polyurethane hybrid formula resists UV degradation, foot traffic, and weathering while remaining safe and low-odour for interior and exterior applications.

Single-component, water-based formula with low VOCs. Safe for interior use in occupied spaces, kitchens, and living areas.
Broad Surface Compatibility
Suitable for concrete, polished concrete, micro toppings, pavers, block, and natural stone — interior and exterior.
HOW TO APPLY
Surface Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all contaminants, oils, and previous coatings. Allow surface to dry completely.
Moisture Check
Confirm surface moisture is below 4%. Do not apply to wet or damp substrates.
Test Area
Apply to a small inconspicuous area first to confirm adhesion and desired finish appearance.
First Coat
Apply SEMCO Sealer Matte by roller or brush in a thin, even coat. Allow to dry 2-4 hours at 20°C.
Second Coat
Apply second coat in the opposite direction to the first. Allow to cure 24 hours before light foot traffic.
