SEMCO Sealer Matte protects concrete, pavers, block, polished concrete, and microcement without leaving a glossy look. Its UV-stable formula is made for both indoor and outdoor use.
The water-based polyurethane hybrid forms a dense barrier against traffic, chemicals, and weathering. It can be brushed, rolled, or sprayed, with multiple coats possible in one day when conditions are right.

Application Instructions
Build 6-8 mils total film thickness.
Airless sprayer
Position the gun 18 inches away from the floor.
Magic trowel
Use to spread evenly where specified.
Roller
Use a 1/4 inch woven short nap roller.
Preparation
Execute the appropriate preparation method for the substrate and test pH after preparation. Optimal pH is 6.8-7.8.
Application
Spray with tip size 17 at 850-1,000 PSI, or use magic trowel/roller. Do not go back and forth. Apply at least 3 coats.
Vertical surfaces
Apply with a 1/4 inch woven nap roller and use a magic trowel to spread evenly. Minimum 2 coats required.
