Industrial-grade polyurethane hybrid with superior slip resistance

Titan Shield Gloss delivers DCOF 0.86 rated slip resistance for commercial and industrial floors. Applied by airless sprayer at 600 PSI with Tip 17, it cures to a high-gloss finish engineered to withstand heavy vehicle and foot traffic on concrete, masonry, and cementitious surfaces.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Surface Preparation

  2. Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove all oils, grease, coatings, and contaminants. Concrete must be profiled to CSP 2-4.

  1. Moisture Check

  2. Confirm surface moisture is below 4%. Do not apply to wet or damp substrates.

  1. Primer (if required)

  2. Apply SEMCO primer where absorption is uneven or substrate is porous. Allow to cure fully.

  1. First Coat

  2. Apply Titan Shield Gloss by airless sprayer at 600 PSI, Tip 17. Apply in even passes. Allow to dry 2-4 hours at 20°C.

  1. Second Coat

  2. Apply second coat in the same manner, perpendicular to the first. Allow to cure 24 hours before light foot traffic and 72 hours before vehicle traffic.
